Finn terms of use

Version 2026-11-draft-1

Draft. These terms are pending legal review and may change.

Finn is an automated assistant from dexar.dev. Finn is not a human. It can place and take phone calls and send messages to get things done.

Recording and transcription

Calls with Finn are recorded and transcribed. We use recordings and transcripts to carry out the task you or the caller asked about, to keep records, and to improve Finn. By staying on the call after hearing the notice and saying "okay" or "yes" (or pressing 1), you agree to this. If you don't want to be recorded, say so or hang up. Finn will end the call.

Automated assistant

Finn is software. It can make mistakes. It doesn't give legal, medical or financial advice, and it cannot make binding decisions on its own beyond what it has been asked to do. If you need a person, ask and we will have someone follow up.

Your choices on future calls

We remember, by phone number, that a number accepted a version of these terms, so we don't repeat them every call. If these terms change in a way that matters, Finn will give a short summary on your next call and ask you to say "okay" again. Acceptance covers notice and consent to recording only. It does not identify anyone or give anyone authority.

Retention

Recordings and transcripts are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above. To ask for a copy or deletion, contact us at the address below.
